Amateur; definition: a person who engages in an activity for the
love of it rather than for personal gain.
To love what you do should be a goal for everyone. We’re not all
blessed to have a job that we love; but, that shouldn’t stop us from placing in
our lives something that we do love. It could be a hobby, activity, sport,
reaching out to others….to fill our life with a personal joy, rather than
another obligation. We must replenish our energies and this is done through
self-love. It is finding what makes our heart soar and making it a part of our
daily life. Self-love rejuvenates, refreshes, invigorates, aspires to higher,
allows ourselves to be the best that we can be.
“You know you are in love when you can’t fall asleep because
reality is finally better than your dreams.” This quote is from our very own
Dr. Seuss. Isn’t this a wonderful way to live? It’s my goal.
